Can I purchase Pullits in a retail store?
Pullits are presently available only through our retail website.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund your money, minus the shipping charges. Please see our Policies section on returns and exchanges.
What are Pullits made of?
Pullits are made out of polyresin and ceramic.
Are Pullits durable?
Like any piece of fine china, if Pullits are mishandled, they will break. The resin Pullits are sturdier than the ceramic, but with proper care, both materials will last forever.
How do I put Pullits on my cord?
You simply remove the wooden or plastic tassel that came with your blind or shade by unknotting it or cutting it. Replace it with your new Pullit, and knot the cord as many times as necessary to keep it from slipping off the cord. Included in your package is a small washer to secure your cord from slipping through the hole. Depending on the thickness of the cords, 2 or 3 can fit through the holes in the Pullit. The ends of the cord can be tucked up inside the Pullit. If your blinds are going to remain down you may want to consider shortening the cord so that the Pullit has a more prominent position on your window blind or shade.
Are Pullits safe for children?
We do not recommended Pullits for chlidren’s window treatments under the age of 4 years, Although Pullits will not strangle children, cords will, we do not want chlidren to be tempted to play them. Pullits do not interfere with the child safety mechanisms implemented by many blind and shade manufacturers. If small children are in a household that have blinds and shades, the Window Coverings Safety Council (WCSC) recommends installing cordless blinds. If blinds with cords are in the household with small children, the WCSC recommends putting Pullits on separate cords. Do you do custom colors?
At this time we are offering custom colors from our Finial Collection (Paint-a-Pullit) which you can paint yourself, or we will be happy to paint them for you. Please call for details.
Do you include beaded chain and cord for the other Pullits options?
We do not include these items. A 3.2 to 4.5mm chain for the ceiling fan pull can be purchased at most hardware stores; and the cord or ribbon for the drapery tieback option can be found in most fabric and trimming shops.
What do you do with my personal information?
