Shipping Pollcy
If product is in stock it will go out within 72 hours of receipt of order.

If an item is on back order, we will deduct it from your order and notify you when the item becomes available.

All shipments are FOB Old Saybrook, CT

We Ship via FedEx
Standard delivery is by Federal Express Ground (appproximately 1 to 7 business days depending on destination). We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery outside of the United States, i.e., Canada and Puerto Rico only, will have additional charges
applied.

Rush orders (2nd Day and Next Day) are available for an additional charge. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST are not guaranteed for Next Day Delivery.
Tax
A sales tax of 6.0% is added to all retail orders shipped to Connecticut addresses. Sales tax will not be charged to gift orders sent outside of Connecticut.

Cancellations
If the order has already been shipped you will be
charged for shipping and handling. When the order is returned, a credit will be issued for the price of the product only.

General Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
All returns must have a Return Approval Number (RAN) and be requested within 5 days of receipt of order. We will not reimburse for shipping charges for general returns.

The return of damaged items will either be replaced or a refund will be given. You will need to contact shipper to file a claim. Return your item(s) in original packaging to us with a copy of the UPS inspector’s documentation. Upon receipt of your package we will send out a replacement at no charge for shipping

Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving a Return Approval Number.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any orders refused or returned without prior authorization (a RAN).

Exchanges. We want you to be happy with your order and will exchange styles within 10 days of receipt of order. Please call or email us and ask for a RAN.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice due to
unforeseen market fluctations and at the discretion of Susan Dumas, LLC.

Note about Pullits
Our product is manufactured in China and handpainted by a team of talented artists. There may be slight variations in application of color and technique, but that just adds to the charm of this “marvelous little accent!”.
